the city of new york has been taken over. taken over by crime and gangs. the NYPD has been working day in and out trying to keep the streets safe for the people of new york. but nothing seems to be stopping this crime spree. it’s never ending. as if having two rival gangs wasn’t bad enough there are con-artists and thieves sneaking into town too. the police and courts seem to have their hands full. every day seems to be getting worse, innocent people are getting caught in the crossfires and there is nothing anyone can do to stop it.
